Lilly Sabri is a physiotherapist-turned-fitness influencer who has almost 2 million subscribers on YouTube, where she posts workout videos you can do at home. Every week, she releases different fitness guides if you sign up for her newsletter on her website. Her workouts are mainly focused on resistance training and she has her own brand of resistance bands!
